Fireworks are illegal in residential areas, and prohibited on all of our beaches. Fireworks, rockets or any kind of explosives are not allowed on the Tierra Del Mar beach. Beach fires cannot be larger than 3’x3’x3′, fires larger than this are required to obtain a permit from Oregon Parks and Recreation Department (OPRD). Beach fires must also be at least 25 feet away from any vegetation or beach grass and cannot be left unattended.
