The Great ShakeOut earthquake drill is scheduled for October 16 at 10:16 a.m. This drill is a critical opportunity for all of us to practice our earthquake preparedness, especially in light of the potential risks we face from the Cascadia Subduction Zone.
While it’s important to know where your nearest emergency assembly site is, this year we encourage everyone to take the extra step and actually go to your nearest assembly site as part of the drill.
