2023 notice from State Parks to the TDM Community

Oregon State Parks is holding another town hall meeting to discuss proposed next steps for the Beltz Dike project scheduled for Friday, October 3 from 3:00-5:00p.m. at the Kiawanda Community Center in Pacific City. The meeting will also be livestreamed and recorded via Zoom/YouTube for those not able to attend in person. Livestream link will be provided by State Parks and shared with the community as soon as it is available. Presentations at the town hall will cover setback dike design progress updates, steps remaining, and timeline. There will be time for questions and feedback after the presentations.

Property owners of the TDM community are considered major stakeholders in this project, and as you all know, this is an ongoing and important issue for our community with potential impacts to our groundwater levels/flooding/drainage in TDM.  If you are not able to attend the meeting in person, please consider joining virtually.
